商务英语是从事对外贸易人事必备的一种技能。
对于常用的句型，大家一定要多听，多读，做到脱口而出。比如接电话用语。首先足够熟练，可以达到脱口而出，再交流就没有问题了。学英语需要下功夫，但也有一些技巧。比如记句型时，明确对话发生的场景，把自己当成其中的一个人，记得就快一些。
另一点需要注意的是商务礼仪。有的是国际惯例或约定成俗的礼仪，比如，如何握手，介绍顺序，坐车礼仪，会议的座次安排等等。还有一些商务礼仪，由于国家的文化差异，而有不同，比如，欢迎仪式，及仪式上用的花的种类和颜色；该送客人什么礼物之类的等等。
平常一定要多积累，以免到用时，造成尴尬局面。
